The new exotics keep on coming with the Wish-Ender exotic bow. Follow the steps in our guide to be rewarded with this new Destiny 2: Forsaken weapon.
Week 4 of Destiny 2: Forsaken feels a little bit like Christmas. We’ve had the release of the Malfeasance quest line, Queen Mara Sov’s Throne World is accessible to aspiring Guardians for the first time, and the exotic bow Wish-Ender has been discovered. This guide will outline the steps required to obtain it. They are a little less obvious and much more challenging than any of the previous exotic quests discovered, except for Malfeasance, perhaps.
How to Get the Wish-Ender
The Shattered Throne
The first step towards the Wish-Ender involves the new Shattered Throne dungeon underneath the Blind Well. You play the mission as you normally would, but be aware that it is challenging, with fights requiring upwards of 580 and 590 power level.
Prove Your Worth
Your next task is to find a hidden mission in the Tangled Shore. It’s in the Four-Horn Gulch region, and you’ll be able to identify it by a floating light spark and an interaction that says “Prove Your Worth.” Completing this mission will give you three “Worthless Tokens.” They’re not so worthless, however.
The Shattered Throne
Back to the Shattered Throne dungeon you go. This time you can get an additional three Guardians to help you, making this mission a sort of mini-raid. It’s one of the only instances outside of raids that allow six-player fireteams in PvE that I can think of. That alone should tell you about how difficult this will be.
You’re on the lookout for relics that must be picked up and dunked at statues. There are a total of three:
- In the first area with the symbols
- Near the Ogre scaffolding
- In the room with the slowed Thralls
Dunking the first relic will spawn a boss to defeat. The second and third dunks will open a door after the area with the Thrall. Each time you perform one of the tasks related to the relics, one of your three “Worthless Tokens” becomes worthy.
The final boss has a minotaur alongside that when killed will drop an orb that needs to be slammed at another statue to make the last token worthy. Completing the fight will grant the Wish-Ender exotic bow.
Wish-Ender Video
The video above details many of the steps described earlier and provides some visual guidance as to what’s required to get the Wish-Ender bow. This quest is likely more challenging than the Last Wish raid is, so be sure to prepare yourself by consulting some of our many guides in the Destiny 2 Guide Hub.
