A family who plays together can also build together. Exploring the Star Wars universe is almost always more fun using Legos. The Star Wars franchise flourishes on the Lego scene and has appeared several Lego video games since before they featured dialogue, first releasing in 2005 for the Prequel trilogy. The saga continues with the next entry, Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, which features all nine movies and will have nearly 500 characters players can control.

Here’s everything you need to know to pre-order the game to play it on day one.

Pre-order details and release date

Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga will be available for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC through Steam. The exact release date is not available at this time. However, the official Star Wars YouTube page had one point mentioned it would be available on October 20, 2020. A video with that release date had been removed. Gamescom Opening Night Live revealed that the game has been delayed to 2021.

While there is no available release date, we have limited pre-order information. A handful of retailers have made it possible for you to reserve your copy, so you should be able to do it right now even though we may not know the exact time you’ll receive it.

We’ll be updating this page as we learn more detailed information and if there will be any additional versions of the game available before it releases.
