How to rank up the Frostbearing Tree in Genshin Impact

The Frostbearing Tree is a new mechanic in Genshin Impact that can be found in the Dragonspine region. It is possible to level up the Frostbearing Tree to earn rewards, and as you rank it up the rewards will get better and better.

To rank up the tree you will need to offer it Crimson Agate, a bright glowing crystal which has a red color that standout from the snowblasted landscape of Dragonspine. Bringing the Frostbearing Tree and increasing number of Crimson Agate Crystals will allow you to rank it up, getting all manner of rewards.

Where to find Crimson Agate

You can find Crimson Agate all over Dragonspine and will come across it often while you are exploring the new region. Look out for the red glow amongst all the snow. You should also be aware the supply of Crimson Agate is limited, so think of it like Oculi in the game’s other regions.

Frostbearing Tree Rewards

Along with the below rewards, at Rank 8 players will unlock Crimson Wish, which will open up a number of new quests that will reward you with Crimson Agate.
