How to save your game in Persona 5 Strikers

Don't lose progress.

With Persona 5 Strikers offering about 40 hours of gameplay, there is no way that players are getting through this game in one sitting, so there will be plenty of saving to be done.

Saving your game in Persona 5 Strikers can actually be a little bit complicated, so in this guide, we will run through the details. As long as you are in the overworld, you can save your game at pretty much any time. When you are out exploring the various locations, look in the bottom right corner of the screen.

There, you will see a prompted button with Save written beside it. Hit this button, select the save slot you wish to use, and then you are good to go. You can’t save your game while the Phantom Thieves are having a group conversation, so just finish up the chat and return to the overworld to save the game.

Jails, the game’s dungeons, are a little more complicated. You cannot save your game while actively playing through a Jail unless you find specific checkpoints that will appear in different locations. These are normally place to break up the Jail into manageable portions, giving you a chance to save progress, or leave and grab more healing items if you have been taking a bit of a beating.

Checkpoints look like small blue pillars of light, and by interacting with them you will get a range of options, one of which is saving your game. You can also save your game right as you enter a dungeon.

Interestingly, Persona 5 Strikers doesn’t have an autosave feature, so make sure you save your game as often as you can.
