How to unlock Skull Totem cards in Back 4 Blood Tunnels of Terror

Get them while you can.

The Tunnels of Terror expansion in Back 4 Blood brings several new levels to the game that your team can choose to go down into as you progress through the Campaign. While down in these Ridden Hives, you will encounter many enemies, some weapon upgrades, and a brand new currency in Skull Totems that can get you new cards, cosmetics, and more. Here is where to spend them.

Once you have gathered up some Skull Totems from playing through various Ridden Hives, you can spend them at the Supply Lines table in the Fort Hope base. Either pull up the menu or walk over and talk to the lady to open the interface. Skull Totems can be used on the option to the right under the Skull Totem track.

Unlike normal Supply Lines, Skull Totem selections regularly refresh throughout the day, but other than that, they act the same way. There are cosmetics for your Cleaners and weapons, sprays, and the cards you are looking for. The ones appearing here are exclusive to this track, so if you see one you want, grab it before it goes into rotation again.
