Season 2 of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is underway, bringing a new Battle Pass and two new weapons to the game. The Grau 5.56 rifle and the Striker 45 SMG are both parts of the Season 2 Battle Pass. Both weapons are part of the free tier of the Season 2 Battle Pass, so you won’t need to spend any money to get your hands on them.

Grau 5.56

The Grau 5.56 will unlock at Tier 15 of the Battle Pass. If you purchased the Bundle that automatically unlocks 20 Tiers of the Battle Pass, then this will be available to you straight away. The Grau 5.56 is lightweight and mobile, with excellent accuracy at long range.

Striker 45 SMG

The Striker 45 will unlock when you reach Tier 31 of the Battle Pass. Once again, purchasing the Bundle will get you a lot closer to getting it thanks to those 20 automatic unlocks. You will still have to grind your way through 11 Tiers before you can get it, however. While the Striker 45 is an SMG, it performs better at long range than other weapons in the class.

How fast you can get your hands on the weapons depends on your skill. You can level up your Battle Pass by playing Spec Ops and multiplayer modes, and the better you do, the more experience you will earn. So, to get your hands on these weapons, get into a game and start slaying.

If you want to purchase the Battle Pass or the Battle Pass bundle, we have a useful guide that tells you how to do just that. Season 2 has just launched, which means a huge amount of changes are coming to the game. Ghost, a fan-favorite character from the series, has arrived, along with the classic Rust map, which should make for some fun times for series veterans.
