The first transformation is Blizzard Claw; it turns the keyblade into icy talons. Your attack improves a lot as you get a forward momentum with almost all the moveset. This will make it easier for you to chain your attack on multiple enemies. With its finisher, you can take out hordes of enemies as it will deal frozen stats to them.
Blizzard Blade
You won’t find a significant difference in the moveset between Blizzard Claw vs. Blizzard Blade. The only benefits Blizzard Blade brings to the table is that the attack arc is more. In the end, it all comes down to your choice, i.e. which transformation suits your playstyle.

Classic Notes Form/Transformation
Classic Note has two transformations: Boom Hammer and Clock Drill. In Boom Hammer, the Keyblade transforms into a Giant Hammer. You can do a massive amount of damage in a small area making it perfect to clear hordes of enemies. However, it would be best if you were a bit careful as the swing speed of the Keyblade takes a hit in this transformation; so make you time your attack (a few minutes of practice and you will master it quickly).
Clock Drill transformation is handy when you are fighting against the boss or large enemies. You can do a right amount of damage with Clock Drill transformation on a single target
In short, this is one such Keyblade in Kingdom Hearts 3 which can be used to clear mobs as well as single targets like bosses and large enemies. All you have to do is gauge the situation you are in and select the transformation.
