With the tickets for Pokémon Go Fest Chicago selling out in no time at all, the next big Pokémon Go event that Niantic has planned on the calendar is none other than Pokémon Go Fest Dortmund.
Taking place in Dortmund, Germany from July 4 to 7 at Westfalenpark, Dortmund, the event already promises to big the biggest event for the game in Europe in some time with a huge amount of rare spawns and activities taking place throughout the day.
So how exactly can you get involved?
Tickets will cost 25 Euro each and fans will only be able to buy one of the four ticket days on offer from 10 am to 6 pm. Tickets are currently not available to purchase at the time of writing, but when they do go live, you need to purchase them through the Pokémon Go app.
To do this, you need to open the main menu of the Pokémon Go game and then click the “events” tab in the top right on the screen, which should appear just under “News.” Tickets will be bound to your account, and you’ll need to access it to get into the event.
Getting a ticket is not a given though, as trainers will likely be entered into a draw, just like with Chicago’s event, for the chance to purchase the ticket in the end. Drawing will take place sometime in the future.
If you get lucky and are successful, you will then be asked to put in all details and purchase your ticket. There are no refunds.
