The beta testing of PUBG Mobile 1.1 update is over and the developers are ready to push it out on the global servers. The update will add a bunch of new features, including maps, modes, and some improvements. Players will be able to download the update from Google Play Store and Apple App Store once it is pushed out on the global servers.
PUBG Mobile 1.1 Update release date
PUBG Mobile 1.1 update is scheduled to release on November 10, 2020, a few days before Season 16 update goes live. Once the update is available, the players are advised to update the game to its latest version as soon as possible as they will not be able to play with the players having different versions.
PUBG Mobile 1.1 Update features
PUBG Mobile 1.1 update is currently in the first phase of beta testing, and according to the patch notes, the upcoming update will add the following features:
New Maps
There will be two brand new maps added to the latest version of the game. However, the names of the maps and other information have not been revealed yet.
Metro Royale Mode
Metro Royale Mode has been introduced in the beta version that will later be included in the PUBG Mobile 1.1 global version. The mode also comes with a brand new lobby based on the same theme.
New Equipments
New Thermal Sight, Night Vision, and Spikes are the new pieces of equipment that will be introduced to the game. Along with this a bolt-action rifle called the Tikka Rifle will also be added.
Black Market
Black Market is the exclusive shop for Metro Royale Mode to buy exclusive theme-based outfits, skins, and more.
Winter Festival
The Erangel map will get a snowy theme during the Winter Festival with a new winter castle. Players can also visit the Winter Festival hut and gift pine tree.
