According to a Focus Home Interaction financial report, the action RPG game Vampyr will be come to Switch in the third quarter of this year.

In Q3, the Group will continue to maximize the potential of the Vampyr licence… After the game’s impressive success on PC, Xbox One, and PS4, it will be Nintendo Switch’s turn to welcome the Dontnod title to reach an even wider audience.

This means the game should be arriving on Nintendo’s gaming console/handheld hybrid before the end of the calendar year.

In Vampyr you play as Dr. Jonathan Reid, a recently-turned Vampyr. While coming to grips with your new life (or undeath) as a Vampyr, you must also seek a cure for the flu that is ravaging the 1918’s London that you call home.

You must feed to survive, and much of the game centers around the idea of trying to each target who actually deserve it. You can use a range of supernatural abilities to engage with the world of the game, find your victims, and protect yourself from enemies.

At the moment, we don’t have a set release date or the price that the game will be releasing for. We will, of course, keep you updated as more information becomes available.

Well, I am a betting man, I would predict the game will arrive on Switch just in time for the Christmas rush, as this tends to be a bumper time for console sales. And when people buy new consoles, they buy games to play on them.
