What are confiscated weapons and where do you find them in PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds Season 8?

They even come with a flashy skin.
This article is over 4 years old and may contain outdated information

Confiscated weapons are highly sought after by players in PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG). These powerful pieces of equipment arrived in Season 8, and they’re available to every player who jumps into the game. Unlike other weapons you find in PUBG, a confiscated weapon you pick up is fully equipped and have everything a player needs to win a chicken dinner. They come with a variety of useful attachments, none of it is randomized, providing you with an exceptional weapon. Attempting to add them to your arsenal is no easy task.

Where to find confiscated weapons?

You can find them available on the Sanhok map in PUBG. You can find them roaming around the map on the loot trucks that are available in the game. These loot trucks come with a variety of useful gear pieces and weapons, but they require that you crack them open to retrieve what’s inside.

It’s not an easy task, and you can expect to make plenty of noise while doing it. The trucks spawn in garages on the map when the game starts, and there are four of them. The quicker you find one, the faster you can obtain the loot, but again, you need to destroy it. They do drop loot while you are hitting it, but there’s far more inside a destroyed one. We recommend a spike trap to slow it down.

You will know you have one of the available confiscated weapons because of all the gear attached to it, and the unique skin on the gun from the previous owner. Make sure to use it to its full capacity to arrive for your long-awaited chicken dinner at the end.
