What is the release date of Halo 3: ODST on PC?

Halo 3: ODST, the stand-alone story of an orbital drop shock trooper squad defending New Mombasa from the Covenant, is coming to the Halo: The Master Chief Collection. This new game will come to the PC on September 22. 

This will be a free addition for all gamers who already own the Master Chief Collection. If you have the Xbox Game Pass PC or the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, the Halo Master Chief Collection is included. You can pick up and play all of Halo 1, 2, 3, Reach, 4, and, on the September 22, Halo 3: ODST, all as part of your subscription. 

This game will be released in the run-up to Halo: Infinite, which has been delayed into 2021. Whether or not 343 Studios will release Halo 5 for the Master Chief Collection is unknown, but if the developers need to push back Infinite’s release even further, we may see the fifth installment of the Chief’s story coming to PC as well.
