Marvel’s Avengers will soon be added to Xbox Game Pass for console, PC, and cloud. The game is expected to launch on Game Pass by the end of the month. It will include every piece of free DLC added to the game and special campaigns to welcome new players.
Game Pass members will have access to Marvel’s Avengers starting September 30, and the game will include the War for Wakanda expansion. This massive DLC expansion added Black Panther and featured a new story campaign that allowed players to explore iconic Wakandan landmarks, such as Shuri’s Laboratory, as well as face new enemy types and villains in Crossbones and Klaue.
Crystal Dynamics previously shared a roadmap outlining all of the DLC and additional content planned for Marvel’s Avengers, included an upcoming DLC for Spider-Man (exclusive to the PlayStation), a power level cap increase, as well as a raid that will bring back Klaue. Those playing with the Xbox Series X/S can access an optimized version of Marvel’s Avengers with faster load times, higher frame rates, and Smart Delivery support.
In celebration of the launch and the game’s one-year anniversary, Marvel’s Avengers will also feature a new Quad XP event from September 30 to October 4. Playing missions during this time will reward quadruple the experience points. It has also been confirmed that the eight cosmetic items found in the digital-only Endgame Edition will not be included. The Endgame Edition DLC Upgrade can be purchased from the Xbox Store or the Marvel’s Avengers in-game market.
