It can be challenging to keep everyone alive in The Dark Pictures Anthology: Little Hope. Luckily, Supermassive Games’ interactive horror title provides you with hints of potentially fatal moments for your motley crew. These come in the form of black framed pictures and white framed pictures.
Black pictures act as premonitions for when a character will be in certain danger and possibly killed. If you want to save everyone, you will need to seek these pictures and note when these premonitions could occur.
There are six black framed pictures to discover, and collecting them all will land you the ‘Deathly Visions’ achievement or trophy, which is worth 50 gamerscore or a gold trophy. Here is where you can find them.
Familiars
The first black framed picture can be found after you leave the Black Cat Bar. Head to the fenced off picnic area next to the building on your left. Go to the back right-hand corner to find it on a table.
Human Sacrifice
When you take charge of Angela for the first time, head up the driveway of a house on your left. Walk until you reach a dead-end at the side of the house. The picture is sitting on a drum barrel.
Like a Stone
After your encounter with Mary in the playground, Daniel and Taylor are transported back to 1692. Head-down the narrow path that leads out of the playground. The picture is on a picnic table just past a giant boulder.
Dark Magic
This can be found in the room that Daniel and Taylor entered the museum from. After Daniel is reunited with Taylor, walk back into this room. The picture is sitting on a table to Daniel’s left.
Voodoo Doll
After you leave the museum, you will gain control of Taylor. Head up the road until you see a picnic area on your left. Walk up to the first bench that you see to grab the picture.
Pressed Into Silence
The final picture can be found in the closed factory while playing as John. Walk towards the factory and look for a crate situated next to a green door with an outside light turned on. The image will be on top of the box.
