The Dark Pictures Anthology: Little Hope has plenty of secrets and collectables for you to find. You can earn achievements and trophies for acquiring them, so it is worth investing the time to seek them out.
One of these collectable categories are framed pictures. There are 13 images to find, and 12 of them contain premonitions. These give you clues about key moments in Supermassive Games’ interactive horror, which could help to keep your characters being saved or result in them being killed.
There are six white framed pictures and six black framed pictures to collect. Locating each sextuplet will unlock the ‘Glimmer of Hope’ and ‘Deathly Visions’ achievements and trophies on Xbox One, Steam, and PlayStation 4 respectively. The 13th picture, meanwhile, offers a tease about The Dark Pictures Anthology’s next instalment. House of Ashes will be the third entry in the franchise, and locating this special framed picture will give you a glimpse of what you can expect from it.
To find the gold framed picture, you will need to make it to the final portion of the game. As Andrew — and hopefully with the other four characters in tow — you will enter a burned down house. Once you gain control of Andrew inside the building, look down to your right.
You will see a picture sitting on a box before you walk into the next room. Pick it up and turn it over to reveal the ‘Rope’ gold framed picture. You can watch a premonition from House of Ashes before you place it back down. If you have found the other 12 pictures before this one, you will unlock ‘A Complete Picture’ achievement or trophy.
