Where to find Cephalite Resonance in Warframe

Track it down.

The Glassmaker has arrived in Warframe, turning poor souls into shards of glass as part of Nightwave Series 3. The first thing you will need to do is investigate the first crime scene, and find five pieces of evidence.

After that, you will be on the hunt for something called Cephalite Resonance, a new resource that has been added to the game for this season. You need to find the Cephalite Resonance to finish investigating the crime scenes.

What should happen is, we believe, that a new enemy type called Cephalite should spawn into your normal missions as you play through the game. You can then track them down and kill them to get the Cephalite Resonance. However, at the moment they do not appear to be spawning properly, or whatever required mechanic doesn’t seem to work, as there are a lot of people reporting that it is bugged on various forums.

When you kill a Cephalite Enemy, you will receive one Resonance for the kill which will be on your rewards screen at the end of the mission. When they first spawn, they will have a large shard of glass sticking out of them, you need to destroy this before you will be able to kill them.

The enemies should be spawning into your game at random and will appear to have a similar “glassed” effect as the victims you have found. Nora will give you a heads up when they are in your mission. However, right now they are not spawning for many players.

Digital Extremes is aware of the issue, and is working on a fix. When you collect all the pieces of Cephalite Resonance that you need, you can then revisit the crime scene by using the Tune In button on the Nightwave screen to load back in. Interact with the victim and you will be able to move on to the next piece of the puzzle.
