Saints WR Michael Thomas became the fifth and final member of Madden 21‘s ’99 Club on July 17, as he was given a 99 overall rating in the game by the Madden team. Thomas, who finished 2019 first in the NFL in total catches and total receiving yards, finished one grade higher than new Cardinals WR DeAndre Hopkins, who will start 2020 with a 98 overall rating. Falcons WR Julio Jones rounds out the top three, as he received a 97 overall rating.

Hill, who’s well-known among football fans for being a burner in both the passing and kick return games, finished one point higher than Raiders rookie Henry Ruggs III, who received the second-highest speed attribute grade (98). Fellow Chiefs WR Mecole Hardman rounds out the top three, as he received a 97 speed grade.
