Epic Games Creative Director shared a positive response on twitter when asked about bringing Fortnite on Nintendo Switch.
Donald Mustard Worldwide Creative Director of Epic Games, expressed on twitter while replying to another user that at some point he would like to bring Fortnite on Nintendo Switch. He replied to a Twitter user Sam, who asked whether Epic Games is interested in porting the game to Nintendo Switch. Donald didn’t specify the possibility but he said: “Hopefully we do that at some point!”. The statement indicates Epic Games has Switch in their list, but formally they are far from taking a step.
Nintendo Switch is a hit console and many developers had shown their keen interest in porting their games to this hybrid console. We had seen a lot of popular games which were hit in past are re-appearing on Switch for example Skyrim. With a little bit of alteration, the game offers incredible Skyrim adventure experience on Switch platform.
Yes. Yes I am. Hopefully we do that at some point!

Fortnite is a co-op sandbox survival video game that is quite similar to PUBG. The game was released last year in the month of July for PS4, PC, Xbox One, and Mac. The game offers players two modes, one is player-vs.-environment and player-vs.-player. Bring these two features with cross-platform support on Nintendo Switch will be a challenging part of Epic Games.
In 2018 we will see popular titles coming up for Switch that includes Bayonetta, Donkey Kong, Dark Souls: Remastered, etc. So there are possibilities that we might also get to hear about an announcement from Epic Games.
