Konami has updated the list of items on the official site and you can also check them below. The objects below are nameplates, eye patch, and accessory Metal Gear Ray head. To get the items you have to agree to the Terms of Use in Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom and start to play the game. From the pause menu, you will see a 9 digit contact ID. This means you can get the special items.
You will have to use the same account to play Metal Gera Survive that you had used in The Phantom Pain. The items will reflect in your supply box which is accessible at the base camp.
