PlayStation Sweden updated their Facebook Page with a new teaser video which carries a message that The Last of Us: Part II is going to release in 2018 along with Ghosts of Tsushima, Days Gone, Spider-Man and many other games.
We have already seen a lot of debate on the release date of The Last of Us: Part II, but neither Naughty Dog nor Sony has confirmed anything related to it. However, select few official PlayStation websites have hinted that the game is indeed coming in 2018. Today, we have a new addition to the long list of PlayStation websites that says The Last of Us: Part II is releasing in 2018 – PlayStation Sweden.
PlayStation Sweden recently posted a new video on their Facebook Page with a text – “Marvel’s Spider-Man, God of War, Ghost of Tsushima, Blood and Truth, Frantics, Days Gone, The Last of Us Part II och mer. Det här kommer att bli ett otroligt PlayStation-Ã¥r”
And this translates to: “Marvel’s Spider-Man, God of War, Ghost of Tsushima, Blood, and Truth, Frantics, Days Gone, The Last of Us Part II and more. This is going to be an incredible PlayStation Year”
This could very well be a mistake from PlayStation Sweden, because time and again we have received a teaser from few Naughty Dog developers and Gustavo Santaolalla (Composer) that 2019 is the year for The Last of Us: Part II. In my opinion – PlayStation fans are hardly worried about whether it’s 2018 or 2019 – all they want is a polish game without any game breaking bug, and going by the track record of Naughty Dog – this won’t be a big issue for them. Naughty Dog has already confirmed (in December 2017) that The Last of Us: Part II gameplay reveal will take place at E3 2018 and the story is 50-60% complete.
