Shadow of the Tomb Raider reveal will take place on March 15 and the full reveal is scheduled to take place on April 27. According to the details discovered via the official website, Shadow of the Tomb Raider is going to release on September 14, 2018, for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
Shadow of the Tomb Raider is releasing September 14, 2018, and is set to be formally revealed tomorrow. Square Enix just launched a teaser on its official website ahead of tomorrow’s presentation, and its HTML code was quickly exploited by Reddit users. According to the code found in the website, Shadow of the Tomb Raider is meant to be “the climatic finale of Lara’s origin story”, likely ending the trilogy of the Young Lara before approaching a brand new story.
Based on Kotaku’s intel, this is the first title in the franchise not to be developed at Crystal Dynamics, as it is apparently in the hands of Eidos Montreal. The studio has already worked on Deus Ex: Human Revolution and Mankind Divided, on top of the reboot of Thief.
A further mining on the website also reveals that a full reveal might be coming on April 27, 2018, which apparently hints at the fact that tomorrow’s presentation could just bring in the lot the name and release date of Shadow of the Tomb Raider.
