Bill Rosemann, Creative Director at Marvel has teased Spring 2018 release window for Spider-Man (PlayStation) 4. Bill Rosemann tweeted: “Spring — and #SpiderMan — is in the air! @insomniacgames @MarvelGames #firstdayofspring”.
God of War and SpiderMan are the two biggest first-party PlayStation 4 exclusive games that are confirmed to launch in 2018. God of War (PS4) is scheduled to launch on April 20, whereas SpiderMan has been officially confirmed to release in 2018, but exact release date not yet known. With E3 2018 just a few months away, we are expecting someone from Marvel or Insomniac or Sony will share something related to the release date of SpiderMan for PlayStation 4. Guess this is what exactly has happened. Marvel Creative Director seems to have teased the release window for the game.
Bill Rosemann, Executive Creative Director at Marvel shared the following SpiderMan (PS4) GIF on Twitter and said: “Spring — and #SpiderMan — is in the air! @insomniacgames @MarvelGames #firstdayofspring”
Does this mean Spring 2018 is the release window for SpiderMan (PS4)? Looks unlikely, but if Spring 2018 is the release window then May 2018 or June 2018 would have to be the month of the release. This means – we would have one big PlayStation 4 exclusive release every month from April 2018 to June 2018: God of War is releasing in April 2018, Detroit: Become Human in May 2018, and Spider-Man in June 2018. Also, the game is going to get a lot of marketing benefits from the Avengers: Infinity War buzz.

All the above things are pure speculations, nothing is officially confirmed. So take them with a grain of salt.
