While it was quite disappointing to someone, the biggest part of the PlayStation community was both enthusiast about the visual quality of those games and thrilled by the stories they are bringing to the PS4 portfolio.
Anyway, according to Amazon, we might be closer to both The Last of Us Part II and Death Stranding than anticipated. Indeed, the United Kingdom version of the online retailer is listing the games for a 2019 release.
Of course, the release dates coming along with the listings are provisionary, as The Last of Us Part II and Death Stranding are listed for a March 29, 2019 launch, which is impossible now.
But, again, that could be potentially a signal of good things to come, as having them listed for 2019 could mean that both are dropping by the end of next year on PlayStation 4.
That is less impossible, we might say, although it’s still quite an unsafe bet. Sony is apparently planning to release PS5 not before the end of 2020 and, as it was for the original TLOU coming towards the wrap up of the PS3 generation, The Last of Us Part II could not be coming before the beginning of that year. Same as Death Stranding, of course.
