Xbox Scarlett is set to be Microsoft’s next generation console and should be around in time for the end of 2020.
Even though there’s still a bit of time to wait for its first official details to drop, people are more and more curious about what it’ll be like.
A fan has shared a mock up of how its design could be once revealed by Microsoft itself, which should happen between the end of 2019 and the first half of next year.
While the console looks futuristic and to a certain extent even smart, people on Reddit have already pointed out what doesn’t work in it.
First of all, Scarlett’s supposed controller lacks buttons, which – as proved by the Steam Controller – is something that’s not happening anytime soon.
Microsoft’s known for the high quality and accuracy of its controllers, so a move like that, on top of being unlikely for the execution and its design, would also be a non sense for Xbox.
The console itself also feels a bit too slim and the design doesn’t look very feasible in terms of production, but would you like a similar solution anyway?
