During GDC 2019, ID@Xbox regional lead Agostino Simonetta shared some comments about Xbox Game Pass. The service, which has been heavily rumored to be expanding to Nintendo Switch in the past, is considered “always-evolving” by Microsoft.

“Game Pass is an always-evolving program,” he told GameReactor.eu.

“We love the program; we love the opportunity that gives developers to showcase their products and to give those products a big audience, build their fanbase […] The response we’re getting from the fans is fantastic.”

Later today, six more titles will be added to the subscription-based service, which at this stage is an Xbox One exclusive.

Indeed, Microsoft’s will is to bring it to PC and televisions at least, with rumors around that have even pointed to an interest in Sony’s PS4.

A new subscription called Xbox Game Pass Ultimate is rumored to be coming later this month, including both the pass and Xbox Live Gold at $14,99.
