Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War to receive Black Ops II map, League Play, new weapon by next month

The latest title revives a legendary subway station map.

If fans thought a new Zombies map would cap off Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War’s Season One, they’ll be pleasantly surprised to hear that an old fan-favorite multiplayer map, amongst other new content, will arrive very soon.

An announcement on the Treyarch website has introduced “Season One Reloaded,” a collection of DLC making its way to the shooter by next month. The biggest item in the drop is the Black Ops II subway station map, Express. The remastered location will launch on February 4, and be made available in all 6v6 multiplayer modes.

Although it doesn’t have a specific launch date, the developer goes on to reveal that League Play will also be reintroduced sometime before February 24. Beyond the competitive mode, a new weapon, the Wakizaski sword, and a new operator is being packed within, as well.

This bombardment of DLC comes only days after Treyarch first hinted at a mid-season update, which included the previously-revealed Sanatorium map and Cranked, a new Zombies game mode. To celebrate the update, as of January 14, those who don’t own Black Ops Cold War can now play its entire Zombies portion for one week, free of charge.
