The Wingman Starter Pack is now available in the game’s shop. It’s one of the few skins that’s ever been purchasable with straight cash, like the first Starter Pack.
The bundle is available for $4.99, the same price as the original Starter Pack. It’s a new red-tinted skin, and it looks a bit like a fighter pilot. It comes with an associated Back Bling too, which of course can be added to any skin.
The skin isn’t available in the regular item shop, so don’t go looking for it there. It’s next to all the V-Buck bundles, which also serve to illustrate how good a deal this is. The smallest bundle of 1,000 V-Bucks costs $9.99. This bundle is $4.99 for 600 V-Bucks, so even on the V-Bucks alone it’s a win. That makes the skin basically free, and you can use those V-Bucks to buy another skin or cosmetic.
The first Starter Pack was pretty popular until it was removed, so expect to see this in your games. It’s a great way for players to dip their toe into putting real money into the game. Before they know it they’ll be drowning in Cuddle Team Leaders and Wukongs.
