A new stuff pack is coming to The Sims 4 on PC next week.
Laundry Day is finally here. Who would have guessed we’d be uttering those words? The new stuff pack will launch on Jan. 16 for PC and Mac players. Laundry Day is a special pack, as EA tapped The Sims 4 community to help pick out the theme, gameplay, items, and name.
The gameplay in Laundry Day is focused on doing laundry. Sims will be able to install washing and drying machines into their homes, or go old school with a washtub for scrubbing stains. Clotheslines, too, will help dry laundry.

For those The Sims 4 players who just don’t want to do their chores in-game, there’s other stuff in Laundry Day. A whole bunch of rustic decor will be added to the base game, including wood tables, wicker chairs, baskets full of flowers, and rustic-styled rugs. Likewise, new country-themed attire, like demin and floral patterns, have been added to The Sims 4‘s wardrobe.
Laundry Day is the first at least two new content packs being added to The Sims 4 on console this winter. In early January, EA teased that an expansive game pack would also be releasing soon.
