While we’re waiting to see more of Project Resistance, there’s another news you could be interested to hear about involving Resident Evil 7, the title that first gave the franchise a new hope after a couple of disappointing games.
Capcom is launching a new VR experience in Tokyo, which is based on Resident Evil 7‘s lore and is more precisely a prequel, featuring villain Jack Baker, as seen in the main game on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Biohazard 7 Walkthrough the Fear, this is the name of the experience, is based in Louisiana, the USA, where “missing cases occurred frequently” as people over there get “attacked by someone and lost their mind.”
You’ll get trapped, with the other three people, in the basement of “a large mansion,” with “houseowner Jack Baker who kidnapped the players” always around. Players will have the chance to get “guns” to “try to escape” in this journey that will take approximately 40 minutes to complete.
The VR-X experience will be available from October 26 at The Plaza Capcom Ikebukuro store, so if you happen to be there by that time, make sure you don’t miss it. Also, here’s hoping that something like that gets one day on consoles and PCs as well.
