It looks like The Witcher might be reserving some brand new surprises to its fans in the next few hours, as from the official Twitter account of the series has arrived a huge teaser of news to come shortly.

Based on the intel coming from the official The Witcher Twitter account, indeed, “Kaer Morhen’s old stones have witnessed many battles… Once more they’ll feel the sting of sparks as blades collide…”.

The Witcher 3 News Coming In March 15

Then there is a quite clear invitation to “check back tomorrow,” on the same page. It’s a huge teaser, as you can see, and one that might lead you to think there is something quite big on its way for The Witcher beloved franchise.

Last week, community lead Marcin Momot hinted at the possibility that Geralt of Rivia might be coming to another franchise as a guest. Rumors suggested back in the day that this title could be Soul Calibur VI, as Bandai Namco and CDPR worked together on the publishing of the console version of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.

There’s a great chance this is the news CDPR is hinting at, but of course, fans are already dreaming about something closer to The Witcher series, such as a brand new chapter or expansion to Wild Hunt (both unlikely), or even a remaster of the first chapter in the saga.

On top of that, there could be news about the single-player story mode of Gwent: The Witcher Card Game. We’ll update you as soon as the Polish developer provides us with more details.
