According to the details in the official Fallout 76 FAQ – the upcoming Fallout 76 beta will release first on Xbox One i.e. it will be timed exclusive to the Xbox One.
Fallout 76 has been extensively featured at Xbox in the occasion of the E3 2018, but the partnership between Bethesda and the platform owner is apparently not going to end like that.
Indeed, Xbox One users are going to be able to play the upcoming Fallout 76 beta before anyone else. As revealed by a Fallout 76 FAQ on the official website, the “B.E.T.A.” is starting first on Microsoft’s console.
“The B.E.T.A. will be available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and on PC (via Bethesda.net). Stay tuned for exact timing for each platform here and @Fallout on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram,” the post says. “Please note that the B.E.T.A. for Xbox One will begin first, followed by other platforms.”
We don’t have a precise timing for the beta to kick off, but consider that the main game is out as early as November 14 on all the different platforms, so it really should take a very long time from now.
Fallout 76 is an online survival experience set in the Fallout universe, which was revealed a couple weeks before the E3 actually kicked off.
